Conventional talk therapy can be beneficial, but often it does not alter the the underlying process that creates your anxiety and depression.

This also applies to the use of medications – medications may reduce symptoms for a while, but medications are not effective for healing the underlying process that generates your anxiety or depression. That process is psychological in nature and, therefore, we will need a psychological response to achieve full recovery.

The school of psychotherapy that I teach online is called Mindfulness Therapy, which can be very powerful for overcoming chronic anxiety as well as for treating chronic depression or other common psychological issues resulting from conditioned negative thinking. Most of my students see quite significant changes after the first couple of sessions of Mindfulness Therapy.

Why use Skype?

It is essential that you can see each other as well as speak to each other in real-time. The visual aspect is vital for effective communication, which is clearly essential for good psychotherapy.

I have been offering online psychotherapy for many years now and have seen tremendous benefits for my clients. There is no doubt that the online therapy format using Skype is just as effective as in-person psychotherapy, especially for the style of therapy that I offer, which is called Mindfulness Therapy.

In my opinion, good therapy is dependent less on developing a relationship with your therapist and more on teaching you practical skills that you can use to overcome difficult emotions such as chronic anxiety or depression. And that, I feel is the most important thing – to give you the tools that will help you overcome your specific emotional problems, and that can be taught very well online.

Mindfulness Therapy is a way of working with emotions like anxiety and depression, or addiction or compulsion or phobias or panic attacks. It’s a way of working with difficult emotions by essentially changing the habit of the way that we react to these emotions.

So, emotions get triggered by thoughts and memories or by external events, and then we get lost in the conditioned emotional reactions that ensue. The problem is in these blind conditioned habitual reactions. In reality, it is not the thought or painful memory that is the problem, but our blind reactions to these triggers, and that is what we must change if we are to recover.

As Victor Frankl said in his famous quote, there is a space between stimulus and reaction and in that space there is choice. That space is what we develop during mindfulness training. It is the space of consciousness. It is the space that opens up when we become mindful of the triggers that trigger our anxiety or depression or compulsion, and the subjective emotional reactions that are conditioned to those triggers.

We can become mindful of both, both the triggers and our habitual reactions. When you become mindful you break that chain of reactivity that feeds and reinforces anxiety or depression, and that is a very important step. The most important step of all, really, is to break that habit that feeds and proliferates emotional suffering.

When you develop a conscious and mindful relationship with your anxiety or depression then that brings in the other factor associated with consciousness, which is choice – Choice to respond to your anxiety, or to the triggers, or to negative thought patterns, or negative behaviors – the choice to respond in ways that are not reactive but are imbued with natural innate intelligence.

You can begin to change those patterns into more positive patterns if you have choice, and that is the second factor of Mindfulness Therapy. It is a way of developing more choice in how you relate to your mind and to the triggers that triggered those emotional reactions.

Welcome! If you’d like to speak to a therapist online for anxiety and depression, if you’d like to get online help for overcoming anxiety and depression without using medications or without committing to years of psychotherapy, then I invite you to go to my site and learn more about how to approach healing anxiety and depression using mindfulness.

So, Mindfulness Therapy is an amazingly effective way of giving you the tools that help you overcome anxiety and depression and other common emotional problems. It basically teaches you how to work with your mind, how to work with your thoughts and your emotions.

The primary problem that I come across in my work as a psychotherapist is what I call the problem of “reactive identification.” This is where people become habitually and blindly identified with their thoughts and emotional reactions. When you become identified with emotional content, what happens is you essentially lose your perspective and you become consumed by that emotion or pattern of thoughts.

So, this sets up a system of internal reactivity that basically feeds the emotion, whether that’s anxiety or depression or obsession or addiction, even.

We have to break this pattern of reactive identification. That’s the first step in the mindfulness-based training that I offer online.

The second part of the online therapy that I offer is involved in working with the emotions themselves and helping them resolve so that the anxiety and depression or obsession, in the case of intrusive thoughts, no longer affects you, it becomes neutralized.

And this we do by setting up a process of internal healing through mindfulness where you basically learn how to establish a friendly and compassionate relationship with your mind, with your thoughts and with your emotions. This has proven over and over again to be the most effective approach to healing the root cause of anxiety and depression.

When you heal those emotions, then you no longer have that emotional energy that feeds the reactive process that causes emotional suffering.

So, these two steps are what we cover during online therapy sessions. I will teach you how to change the relationship with your emotions so that you overcome reactive identification, and then I will teach you how to work with your emotions to promote healing.

So, if you would like to learn more and you like the idea of speaking to a therapist online via Skype, please go to my website and then e-mail me to set up a Skype Therapy session. I see people worldwide. All you need is an internet connection and we can then commence with online therapy. So I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Speak to an online therapist via Skype

Welcome! My name is Peter Strong, and I am a professional online therapist. If you would like to talk to an online therapist for help with anxiety or depression or addictions, please go to my website and contact me and then we can schedule an online therapy session.

Many people prefer talking to a therapist online because it is so much more convenient and also it’s a way of getting the help that you need for anxiety or depression when living abroad or if you are not able to find a local therapist to work with where you live.

The style of therapy that I provide is called Mindfulness Therapy, which is extremely effective for anxiety. It’s a way of, basically, changing the underlying process that causes anxiety or depression. It’s a way of breaking free from those patterns of reactive thinking that sustain anxiety, depression and, of course, addiction, also.

We have to change the way we relate to our thoughts and emotions. The greatest obstacle to change is aversion and avoidance. In Mindfulness Therapy we pay particular attention to developing much more conscious awareness of our reactive thoughts to overcome the avoidance habit, and then we actually develop a friendly relationship with our emotional pain, our anxiety, our depression or even our negative thoughts.

It’s extremely important because it’s the quality of this conscious friendly relationship to your emotions that allows them to change and allows you to change your relationship so that you are no longer overcome by reactive thinking.

The more you can establish a nonreactive and friendly relationship with your emotions or intrusive thoughts, the less power they will have over you. When perfected through mindfulness training with those very thoughts or emotions, they become effectively neutralized and unable to make you become afraid or depressed.

A common analogy here is the fire analogy. A fire can burn you and cause pain, yes, but only if you are too close, ie you are in the wrong relationship to the fire. When you become conscious of what is happening, you can easily move away from the fire to a new position in which it does not burn you. When the relationship is right you completely neutralize the ability of the fire to burn you.

From this position of non-reactivity and friendliness you effectively regain your power and then you can proceed to extinguish the fire or the painful emotion through the healing power of compassion and consciousness.

If you would like to learn more about Mindfulness Therapy and are interested in talking to an online therapist, please email me, and I look forward to talking with you and helping you overcome your specific emotional problems through Online Mindfulness Therapy. Thank you!

Please go to my website if you would like to learn more about online therapy. If you’d like to speak to a therapist online via Skype, then you’ll learn on my website exactly what I provide during these online therapy sessions to help you overcome your anxiety or depression or addiction or any other emotional problem that might benefit from Mindfulness Therapy.

So I specialize in mindfulness therapy. This is a style of psychotherapy that I have been teaching for well over ten years now and that I find to be extremely effective for producing healing for anxiety and depression and also for other common emotional problems like driving anxiety, OCD, and also I’ve had a lot of success with working with people suffering from PTSD and emotional trauma.

The basic concept behind Mindfulness Therapy is not so much just talking about your emotional problems but rather looking in detail at the structure of your emotions and also the relationship that you have with your emotions. These are the two major areas we work on during mindfulness therapy sessions.

We look at the structure and the structure of your anxiety or depression or other form of emotional suffering is very much maintained by a network of habitual reactive thoughts and beliefs as well. These are habitual, they tend to just operate automatically without our choice. They simply feed the anxiety or depression underneath.

So examining that network of reactive thinking is quite essential. And with mindfulness we begin to quite quickly break free from the habitual unconscious aspects of this structure of habitual reactive thinking.

Once you see those thoughts very clearly you can begin to exercise choice and decide not to pursue those reactive thoughts and not to identify with.

You can also learn how to work with the underlying emotion that is feeding those reactive thoughts, the underlying anxiety and depression itself. So this is where we build a relationship with our emotions based on mindfulness, and that means based on compassion.

We learn to see those emotions as being objects that are in pain themselves. Strictly speaking from a mindfulness or Buddhist perspective, it’s not you that is suffering it is the emotions themselves. You see these as objects in the mind that are like small fires that ignite and create suffering.

Our job is to change our relationship to these objects so that we can help them heal rather than simply proliferate the suffering through reactive thinking.

So we develop a compassionate relationship with any part of ourselves that is in pain, any emotion that is in a state of suffering. You learn to treat it with kindness, with friendliness and compassion.

These are tremendously powerful healing forces. Trying to get rid of painful emotions is a very weak approach that is generally if not always totally ineffective. You have to develop a conscious friendly relationship with your emotions. That is what creates the right conditions for healing.

It takes some training to do this effectively but it’s not that difficult. And most people see quite dramatic changes even within the first two to three sessions once they start changing the way they relate to their emotions. Once you start relating to your emotions with mindfulness they will start to change quite rapidly.

We can help that change process. When the emotions are operating habitually in an unconscious state of conditioned reactivity they can change. They can only repeat themselves over and over again. But once you break that unconscious habitual aspect by bringing mindful consciousness to them then they are able to change and heal quite quickly.

So I will train you in how to do this if you choose to work with me. And like I say you should expect to see quite significant changes within the first few sessions. If you would like to get started with me and you’d like to see for yourself how effective mindfulness therapy can be for overcoming and healing emotional suffering, then simply email me and lets schedule a session.

I see people throughout North America and abroad. I see so many people in the UK and Western Europe, but as far away as Australia. All you need is an internet connection and some device that can utilize Skype, whether that’s a laptop or even a mobile phone can work quite well for Skype Therapy sessions.

So if you’d like to get started and you’d like to make some really effective changes to your anxiety or depression, you’d really like to re-establish wellbeing and happiness in your life, then I strongly encourage you to look into mindfulness therapy.

Please contact me if you’d like to get started with mindfulness therapy sessions with me. Thank you.

Online Mindfulness Psychotherapy is extremely effective for managing anxiety and depression without using medications. It is better to treat the psychological cause of your anxiety or depression rather than just trying to manage symptoms.

“Beyond healing the anxiety, my whole inner landscape is changing. I’m learning that the self-criticism, shame and doubt I have been stuck in for so long can all be met with compassionate awareness and brought to resolution. I’m starting to feel the joy Peter talks about and a real tenderness toward myself and others.”

The first session is a trial session and payment is made after the session and only if you are completely satisfied with the results and want to continue online therapy with me.

It is very important that you can see each other, which is why I insist on using Skype or FaceTime. If you can see each other then online therapy becomes just as effective as speaking to a therapist in-person for the vast majority of cases. You will be able to determine for yourself after the first session if this is the right approach for you.

If you’re struggling with anxiety or depression or addiction or any other common emotional problem then you might want to speak to a therapist online and if you speak to a therapist over Skype you’re going to get that added advantage of being able to see each other. And if you can see each other in real time then generally there’s no difference between online therapy when compared to seeing a therapist in person. If you can see each other, then the quality of communication is just as good in the vast majority of cases.

Really what you want to learn is how to manage your anxiety and depression. You want to learn practical skills for doing this. Good psychotherapy is much more than just talking about your problems and it’s also much more than forming some kind of relationship with a therapist.

That is actually not the best approach. In many cases because it tends to make you dependent on that person. What we really are interested in with good psychotherapy is to make you independent of the therapist, is to give you those tools that enable you to manage your emotional well-being yourself, without the need for a therapist, and that’s exactly what I teach cheering my online therapy sessions during mindfulness therapy.

So Mindfulness Therapy is a very practical approach. It’s a style of psychotherapy that really focuses on teaching you how to fundamentally change the relationship that you have with your emotions and with your thoughts and with memories and with trauma and any other content of mind. And it teaches you how to promote healing of that content when there is suffering involved.

So mindfulness therapy is very focused on healing through developing a very conscious and compassionate relationship with the contents of your mind, especially with the emotions themselves.

In the first part of mindfulness therapy we work on changing thought patterns. We start to break out of that habit of reactive thinking that feeds anxiety or depression.

We understand, of course, that thoughts do not create anxiety or depression, but they do feed it in the same way that fuel feeds a fire. Wood or coal does not cause fire but it feeds a fire if the fire is already there. So learning to manage reactive thinking is a very important part of good psychotherapy.

But we have to go a lot further than that. We have to heal the underlying emotion itself. We have to heal the anxiety or depression or guilt or shame or obsession, whatever it might be that is fueling the reactive thinking. And that’s essential for complete recovery.

Working with thoughts alone is not sufficient. Working with emotions alone is often not sufficient. But when you work at both levels then you get really good results and that’s what we will be doing during online therapy sessions using mindfulness therapy.

If you would like to learn more about the mindfulness therapy approach, then simply email me. Ask any questions you may have about mindfulness therapy and online therapy and if this is the right approach for you. It is for the vast majority of cases.

So if you’d like to get started with online therapy and you like the idea of speaking to a mindfulness-based therapist online via Skype, then please contact me and let’s get started.

Would you like to speak with a therapist online over Skype? If so please contact me through my website. I offer online psychotherapy via Skype for help with anxiety and depression and many other common psychological problems that can be managed through the methods of mindfulness therapy.

This is a very exciting and very effective approach for overcoming those patterns of habitual emotional reactivity. We learn how to change the relationship that we have to our emotions. This is the key feature of mindfulness therapy.

So the emotions are what provides the power, if you like, for everything in the mind. In mindfulness psychology we understand that emotions precede thoughts, not the other way around as is taught in CBT for example.

If you are feeling afraid or angry you are likely to start generating thoughts based around fear or anger. If there is no emotion preceding those thoughts then those thoughts don’t form in the first place. Or if they do they resolve very quickly.

So working with the underlying emotions is key. And what we focus on in mindfulness therapy is forming a conscious relationship that’s also based on friendliness and compassion with those painful emotions, like anxiety and depression, or shame or guilt or compulsion, in the case of an addiction.

Whatever it might be we have to fundamentally change the relationship that we have with those emotions.

Typically we don’t have a good relationship with our emotions. We simply react to them with more suffering and more reactive thoughts that simply feed those emotions and make them more painful, and also prevent them from healing. They cannot heal if you continue to react to them and feed them.

We have to learn how to sit with our emotions without reacting. That is the key first step in mindfulness training, and we do this by actually meditating on our emotions. We don’t waste time talking about our emotions. That tends to simply feed the problem.

We focus our time on changing our relationship to our emotions so that we can hold them in conscious awareness without becoming identified with them and without reacting to them with cognitive reactivity or further emotional reactivity or even behavioral reactivity.

An addiction is an example of behavioral reactivity, that is, if you like, trying to escape emotional pain.

So we need to cultivate this very non-reactive relationship first of all with our emotions. Then the second phase of our training is to learn how to work with those emotions in a way that helps them heal directly. Not by trying to change our belief structure or understanding or exploring the past or reasons why we feel this way. That approach is not usually very effective.

We work directly with the emotions. Typically almost all emotional suffering is based around fear. So we need to learn how to comfort fear. We need to learn how to relate to that fear in a way that will comfort it. We need to become like a friend or parent to those emotions that are in pain because that is what creates the healing. It’s the quality of that relationship itself.

And it takes some training but not a lot. Most people already know the wisdom of this approach. It’s natural. It’s what you would do if you were comforting a friend or a child that was in pain. You would approach it in this way.

You would first of all establish a very safe and non-reactive relationship with them and then you would progress into finding ways to comfort them, which might be as simple as holding them or just being quiet and listening to them.

That quality of relationship is where the healing happens, the reactivity does not heal and even trying to understand your emotions and conceptualize them is technically speaking, just another form of cognitive reactivity. It doesn’t usually heal the underlying emotion.

Cultivate a compassionate relationship with your anxiety or depression or compulsion. This is vital for promoting healing, and our approach is to cultivate inner healing.

So, if you’d like to learn more about this approach, please contact me and schedule a Skype Therapy session so you can see for yourself just how effective this mindfulness therapy approach is especially for anxiety disorders and depression. But I also work with addictions, as well. So contact me if this interests you. Thank you.

Speak to an online therapist for help with anxiety and depression

People like the convenience of online therapy, and as long as you use Skype so that you can see each other, then Skype therapy is just as effective as in-person psychotherapy for most people. If you are suffering from agoraphobia or driving phobia, then being able to see an online therapist is essential. But, many people just prefer the ease and comfort of being able to conduct their therapy sessions from home.

If you would like to speak to an online therapist for help with anxiety and depression or for help with addiction recovery or for help recovering from emotional trauma and PTSD, then feel free to contact me. Go to the Contact Page and tell me more about yourself and how I can help you.

Online therapy is an excellent medium for getting help for overcoming anxiety and depression and other forms of emotional suffering, provided that you use Skype. So I offer Skype Therapy and I find it to be very effective indeed for help, for helping people manage their emotions more effectively and overcome emotional suffering.

So I specialize in Mindfulness Therapy, which is a system of psychotherapy that I developed some years ago now, and that is really good for helping you change the underlying process that causes your anxiety or depression.

It’s important that you work at the psychological level underneath the surface. Just talking about your emotions is not usually anywhere near sufficient. Most people who come to me for Mindfulness Therapy via Skype have already tried conventional talking therapy with a counselor or a psychotherapist.

The general complaint is that while it may relieve symptoms in the short-term, it doesn’t really change anything fundamentally at the core level. And this is especially the case with chronic anxiety or panic disorder or depression. Talking about your emotions is not quite enough. You have to look at the underlying habitual process that causes your emotional suffering. How does the mind create anxiety and depression? And that’s the focus of Mindfulness Therapy.

Mindfulness Therapy helps you see what is going on at the deeper level when you’re experiencing anxiety or depression and then exploring how to change that through the various techniques of Mindfulness Therapy that I’ll be teaching you.

Perhaps the most important thing that we need to change is reactive thinking, reactive habitual negative thinking, rumination, anxiety-based thinking or fear-based thinking, catastrophizing.

These various types of reactive thinking are part of that underlying process that causes your anxiety or depression because reactive thinking feeds emotional suffering. Thoughts in themselves do not cause anxiety or depression, but they will feed anxiety or depression if it’s already present.

So the best way to think how reactive thinking is to see it as being like fuel to a fire. If we can stop feeding the fire, then the fire will automatically extinguish itself. It will resolve itself. It will burn itself out. And our emotions are very similar to that. They are indeed energetic in their nature. They are a form of energy, emotional energy, and like any form of energy, it will always try to reduce its intensity and return to a more stable baseline state.

So anxiety is a form of emotional energy, and certainly in the case of a panic attack, it’s very intense, concentrated, emotional energy. But that energy will subside if you stop feeding it with reactive thinking.

So learning to manage reactive thinking. Learning to break free from the habit of becoming caught up in reactive thinking and rumination is an essential skill to learn for freeing yourself from chronic anxiety or depression. And I will teach you how to do that using mindfulness.

The real problem behind all forms of reactivity is that it’s habitual. It basically operates at a subconscious level where we are not fully aware of what’s happening.

So mindfulness works because it’s a way of developing conscious awareness to uncover these reactive habits and to see them very clearly. And the more that you become conscious of habit, the less power that habit has to cause suffering. And if you stay conscious with any habit long enough, then that habit will burn itself out just like the fire will do when we stop feeding it.

So a central part of Mindfulness Therapy is learning how to meditate on your anxiety or on your depression or on your emotional trauma to cultivate these natural resolution pathways that resolve and extinguish anxiety or depression.

Instead of ignoring these forms of emotional suffering, instead of trying to talk ourselves out of them, which doesn’t work, we actually learn to sit with our emotions in a state of full conscious awareness. Now full conscious awareness is not reactive in nature. It means being totally present without reacting, that’s what conscious awareness means. If you react, you lose consciousness. If you don’t react, you remain conscious. Now it is that consciousness that has the effect of neutralizing reactive habits. We refer to this as the liberating effect of mindfulness.

Cognitive habits or emotional reactivity or behavioral reactivity, any form of reactivity really, loses strength when you bring more conscious awareness to it. So conscious awareness is about being present with an experience, without reacting, without judging, without any form of thinking about the experience. It is just being present.

So that’s a very, very important and core teaching in Mindfulness Therapy, learning how to be present with your emotions without reacting. The more you can do that, the faster the emotions heal and the more that you practice this by meditating on your emotions, the the more that you separate yourself out from those blind, habitual patterns that create your emotional suffering.

So that’s a very important part of Mindfulness Therapy and I will teach you how to apply mindfulness to work with your anxiety or depression or trauma. I will teach you how to meditate on your emotions, and you will see for yourself just how effective this approach is. It’s much more effective than just talking about your feelings, as is usually the focus of conventional counseling.

This direct, mindfulness-based psychotherapy is also much more effective than taking medications. Medications don’t change anything at the deeper psychological level; they simply reduce symptoms. But that is not a good long-term strategy. You must change things at the psychological level, too, if you want to recover from anxiety or depression or addiction, or if you want to recover from intrusive thoughts and PTSD.

So if you would like to get started with me, and you like the idea of being able to speak to a therapist online via Skype, then do please contact me.

When you’re doing online therapy, it’s very important that you use Skype or similar video platform. You do need to be able to see each other. That is an essential requirement for good communication. But if you can see each other through Skype, then Skype Therapy becomes just as effective as meeting in-person.

There is no reason that you need to be in the same room together to receive good quality psychotherapy. But you do need to be able to see each other. And that’s why I offer online therapy via Skype. So if you’d like to get help with anxiety or depression, then do please contact me.

Where to go to speak to a therapist online

You can do a simple search online to find online psychotherapy services. There are a growing number of good online therapists out there now. Just make sure that they will first email with you to answer all your questions. I also recommend that you never pay upfront for a therapy session, so only select those services that allow you to pay based on your satisfaction with your session.

The most important requirement for effective online therapy is that that the therapist uses Skype, FaceTime or similar video platform so that you can see each other. This is necessary for effective communication. As long as you have this option, then there is no significant difference between online vs in-person psychotherapy for the vast majority of people.

The second consideration is to choose a therapist who specializes in a practical approach like CBT or Mindfulness Therapy so that you will learn practical methods for working on your emotions. There are many “chat” sites out there, and connecting with a good listener is certainly a good idea, it is going to be limited in effectiveness for healing the underlying psychological processes that cause your emotional suffering. Good psychotherapy should give you these skills and methods and set you lots of “homework” to do between sessions.

Welcome. If you’d like to know where to go to speak to a psychotherapist online I invite you to go to my website and learn more about the online therapy service that I offer via Skype.

It’s very important if you are looking for an online therapist that you use some form of video-based communication like Skype or Face Time or other platform, so that you can see each other. If you can see each other then that will increase the quality of communication and then, really, it is no different than talking to a therapist in person, especially if you’re interested in learning practical methods that you can apply yourself for working with your anxiety or depression.

So from my point of view as a psychotherapist my primary interest is in what you might describe as self-help or to give you tools that help you manage your life better and particularly that help you manage your emotions and thoughts better.

I do not advocate treatment-based approaches for anxiety and depression because they do not address the underlying psychological cause of your emotional suffering.

So we work directly on changing that underlying psychological habit that is generating your anxiety or depression or emotional trauma in the case of PTSD, or addiction.

One of the main components of emotions that we work on are the surrounding clusters of habitual reactive thoughts that tend to feed the anxiety or depression or addiction or any other emotional suffering.

So whilst thoughts do not cause anxiety or depression they do feeds any anxiety or depression that’s already established. So we have to work with these thoughts very consciously, we have to bring them into consciousness because that is the first ingredient for overcoming any habit.

So becoming more conscious of your patterns of reactive thinking is a primary ingredient of Mindfulness Therapy, which is what I specialize in and have developed over the years for treating anxiety and depression without medications or without years of counseling or talk therapy.

If you take a very practical, systematic, focused approach to work on those patterns of habitual reactive thinking you will rapidly overcome your anxiety or depression.

There are many different aspects of Mindfulness Therapy which make this very effective for working with anxiety and depression and you can learn more on my website. Please go there and read the pages on my website and watch more videos. When you feel ready please contact me and we can schedule a trial psychotherapy session via Skype so you can see for yourself just how effective this very practical and focused mindfulness-based approach is.

If you would like any questions answered, please feel free to email me and, when you feel ready, we can schedule a session. You’ll see within the first one or two sessions just how effective this approach is. As always in my approach it I expect you to see improvements quickly once you start applying the techniques that I teach.

This is completely different than the more conventional talk therapy that you may be familiar with. We don’t spend so much time talking about our emotions. We spend that time focusing on the structure of the emotions, those patterns of habitual reactive thinking and how we can change them.

CBT is closely related to Mindfulness Therapy in many ways but in Mindfulness Therapy we’re not so much interested in whether thoughts are rational or irrational because it’s quite clear from the clients I have worked with you already know the difference. Whether a thought is irrational is really quite irrelevant. It’s the emotional charge that makes that irrational thought so powerful in the mind and so dysfunctional that we need to address.

So in Mindfulness Therapy We focus much more on changing and healing the emotions themselves.

When you heal the anxiety associated with an anxiety producing thought then that thought will simply fall away because it will have nothing to sustain it in the mind.

So if you would like to get started please contact me and we’ll schedule a session at a time that was for you. I see people worldwide. All you need is a good internet connection and Skype and then we can get started.

So I look forward to helping you improve the quality of your life, your emotional wellbeing through the techniques and teachings of Mindfulness Therapy.
