Is Internet Therapy as Effective as in-person Therapy?

The evidence is certainly pointing in this direction. Basically, internet therapy works extremely well for the process-oriented forms of psychotherapy such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Therapy (MT). Both of these approaches teach you practical strategies for changing our habitual reactive thinking and beliefs that play such an important part in generating anxiety, depression and stress.
